Dr. Barrett is presently a member of the Medical Staff at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and serves as a Professor at Dartmouth Medical School. Dr. Barrett previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lahey Clinic (Burlington, MA) and was a member of its Board of Trustees and Chair of the Board of Governors. Before joining Lahey Clinic, Dr. Barrett was chair of the Department of Urology of Mayo Clinic, vice chair of the Board of Governors, Trustee of the Mayo Foundation and a member of its Executive Committee from 1975-1999. Dr. Barrett has been a director of C. R. Bard since June, 2009, where he is a member of the Regulatory Compliance Committee and Science and Technology Committee.
Dr. Schulam is currently Professor of Urology, C hair, Department of Urology at the Yale School of Medicine; and Yale-New Haven Hospital as well as Clinical Program Leader, Prostate and Urologic Cancers Program, Smilow Cancer Hospital. Following a brief period at Baylor in Houston, he was recruited as the Chief of Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Department of Urology at UC LA. There he developed laparoscopic and robotic surgery programs for prostate and kidney cancer. At UC LA, he became the vice chair of the department.
Dr. Sanda is Director of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s (BIDMC) Prostate Care Center and a member of the Harvard Medical Faculty at BIDMC. Prior to joining BIDMC in 2003, he was a tenured Associate Professor and Associate Chair of Urology Research at the University of Michigan. Dr. Sanda currently is leading several National Cancer Institute-funded clinical studies evaluating quality of life after prostate cancer treatment. He also heads a National Institutes of Health-funded laboratory investigating prostate cancer immunology and biomarkers; his cancer research has received numerous academic awards.
Dr. Heney is board certified in Urology and his areas of interest are urologic oncology, artificial urinary sphincter, and penile prosthesis. Dr. Heney is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery (Urology) at Harvard Medical School and practices at Massachusetts General Hospital, Department of Urology.
Dr. Kearney is Chief of Urology at New England Baptist Hospital, and is board certified in Urology and his areas of interest are urologic oncology, stone disease, vasectomy reversal, and urinary incontinence. Dr. Kearney is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. O’Leary is board certified in Urology and is affiliated with BWH Surgery and Urology as well as the Dana-Farber/BWH Cancer Center. Dr. O’Leary‘s areas of interest are benign prostatic hypertrophy, prostate cancer, male infertility and sexual dysfunction, and stone disease. Dr. O’Leary is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Schlesinger is a founder of MedicaMetrix. He was Asst Director of Urology program and an Associate of the Kidney Transplant Program until 1973. He has held academic or clinical appointments at Harvard, Boston University, and Tufts. Currently Director of Urology Services at Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital.
